Freedom Garvey Photography acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands across Australia, and in particular the Wadandi people of the Noongar Nation—Saltwater People of Wadandi Boodja—on whose Country we live, work, play, and create.

We honour the Wadandi and Pibelmen people as the original custodians of this land since time immemorial. Their deep and enduring connection to Country—its lands, waters, skies, and stories—continues to guide and shape this place. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations people and their vibrant, ongoing cultures. As we live and move through Wadandi Boodja, we are reminded to walk gently, to listen deeply—because Boodja (Country) Wongi (Speaks). May we tread lightly, leave only footprints, and carry forward a spirit of respect, reciprocity and care.
